Every session is led by a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with decades of NHS experience, supporting adults through anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma, grief, and addiction. Sessions are entirely confidential, giving you the space to be properly heard and understood.

Yes. Sessions take place in a totally private space with its own entrance, so it’s just you and your therapist. What you share stays confidential too, with the only rare exceptions being if there’s a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s, which would always be discussed with you first.

Your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll take the time to really listen and understand what you’re going through, then talk through the right course of support to help you move forward.

Yes. You don’t need a clear diagnosis or even the right words yet. Many people come simply feeling overwhelmed, and therapy helps make sense of things from there.

Support is available for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma, grief and loss, and addiction, among others.

No, you don’t need to have seen a doctor first. You’re welcome to book directly whenever you feel ready to talk to someone.
